Pre-care Instructions before hydra facial

• Avoid heavy sun exposure: Try to limit sun exposure for at least 48 hours before your HydraFacial® treatment to prevent irritation. as well as tanning beds, spray tans, and self-tanning lotions for at least 1 week before treatment. • Please avoid any type of exfoliating treatments. These include scrubs, glycolic acid, and enzyme peels to the area 48 hours before your HydraFacial treatment. • Refrain from waxing 48 hours before treatment. • Refrain from any laser treatments 2 weeks before treatment. • Wait 1 week after Botox and 2 weeks after fillers before a HydraFacial. Botox and fillers can be given on the same day as your HydraFacial but must be done after and not before. • Consultation: Talk to your provider about any skin issues you currently have, like eczema or rosacea, as well as any allergies, to make sure the treatment will be right for your skin type.

  • Avoid excessive sun exposure and tanning beds for 72 hours after treatment.
  • Avoid heat for 24 hours after treatment. This includes hot showers, intense cardio, and saunas.
  • Only wash your face the following morning after your treatment.
  • Keep skin hydrated: After your HydraFacial® treatment, continue to hydrate your skin with a good moisturizer to maintain the glow and support healthy skin.
  • No harsh skincare products: ne: Use gentle, hydrating products in the days following your facial to keep your skin calm and nourished.
  • Do not wax/thread/tweeze /scrath the area for at least 3-5 days.
  • Refrain from any harsh exfoliating treatments and lasers for 48 hours
  • Avoid makeup: Try not to wear any makeup for at least 24 hours after your treatment. This will help your skin breathe and take in the benefits of the treatment.
